Quality Engineer Location: Santa Rosa, Ca | Schedule: Monday–Friday | Salary: $75K–$85K
Overview We’re seeking a Quality Engineer to support our Quality Management System and drive improvements in manufacturing, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role partners with production, suppliers, and customers to ensure high-quality products and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>
Lead new product launches (MSA, FMEA, control plans, validations).
</li>
<li>
Develop inspection methods, statistical analysis, and SPC monitoring.
</li>
<li>
Support production with troubleshooting, training, and process improvements.
</li>
<li>
Manage corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), NCRs, and continuous improvement projects.
</li>
<li>
Prepare documentation and support audits (ISO 13485, FDA).
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
</li>
<li>
Experience with SPC, validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), DOE, and metrology tools.
</li>
<li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Minitab, SolidWorks, and CMM programming a plus.
</li>
<li>
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
</li>
<li>
Background in injection molding or medical devices preferred.
</li>
