This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside seasoned attorneys in a collaborative, respectful environment—all from the comfort of your home. You'll be instrumental in managing sensitive and intricate family law cases for clients whose financial profiles include RSUs, bonuses, and compensation structures typical of Silicon Valley professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage family law cases from inception to resolution
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and court-ready documents
- Maintain strict control over deadlines and court filings, especially with the Santa Clara Superior Court
- Provide thorough trial support to attorneys
- Communicate professionally with clients, navigating sensitive family matters
You'll Thrive Here If You Have:
- Significant experience in California Family Law (minimum 4 years)
- At least one full year of experience with Santa Clara Superior Court procedures
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
- Trial preparation or in-court support experience (preferred)
