About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Yard Coordinator II to oversee the scheduling and coordination of equipment, machinery, and oversized/overweight (OOG) cargo deliveries. This role involves working closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and safe logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Korean and English and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and oversee the delivery and unloading of equipment, machinery, and OOG cargo at client sites.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements, resolve issues, and provide updates.
- Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and logistics activities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on logistics performance and incidents.
- Ensure all yard and logistics operations adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a high-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Willingness to travel to job sites and port/CFS facilities as needed.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required.
