Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a tech-savvy, service-oriented IT Specialist to join our internal support team. In this role, you’ll help maintain and improve our company’s computer systems, networks, and user support processes. You'll work closely with project managers and teams across the business to keep things running smoothly and securely.
What You’ll Do:
Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and hardware
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (software, hardware, login/access)
Provide day-to-day tech support for employees (in-person and remote)
Create and maintain documentation and support procedures
Set up user accounts and manage access issues (passwords, logins, etc.)
Analyze logs and system performance to identify problems early
Support the rollout of new tools and tech
Help coordinate vendor orders and deliveries
Track and document progress on internal IT projects
Attend team meetings to share insights on technical needs and solutions
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of experience in IT support or a related role
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar
Comfortable working in mixed environments (MacOS, Windows, iOS)
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Experience with a range of common software, hardware, and systems
Certifications (A+, Network+, etc.) are a plus, but not required
