Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: $18–$27/hour (DOE)
- Premium pay for weekend shifts

What You’ll Do:
- Provide dependable, compassionate in-home care for seniors
- Assist with personal care, mobility, and safe transfers
- Support medication routines and daily wellness
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and families
- Accurately observe, document, and report client conditions
- Respond calmly and responsibly in emergency situations
Who Succeeds at Comfort Keepers:
- 3+ years of professional caregiving experience (required for top pay tiers
- Strong attention to detail and a reputation for reliability
- Compassionate professionals with excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- CPR certification (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent

We serve seniors throughout San Diego County, including: Carlsbad, Chula Vista, Clairemont, College Area, Del Mar, Downtown, Encinitas, Escondido, Fairbanks Ranch, Hillcrest, Kensington, La Jolla, La Mesa, Mira Mesa, Oceanside, Poway, Rancho Santa Fe, San Ysidro, Solana Beach, Sorrento Valley, Vista, and surrounding areas. Travel to one or more locations may be required.
