We are seeking an experienced Travel RN for a high-acuity contract in our Cardiac Catheterization Lab. This role requires a clinician who is highly proficient in interventional procedures and committed to a rigorous on-call rotation. Key Responsibilities
- Procedural Nursing:Provide expert care during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including STEMI management.
- Monitoring & Sedation:Monitor patient hemodynamics and manage moderate sedation in accordance with 2026 clinical protocols.
- Emergency Response:Provide rapid-response support for emergency call-back cases.
Schedule & Shift Details
- Format:Four 10-hour shifts per week.
- Status:Traveler / Contract.
Mandatory On-Call Requirements
- Monthly Commitment:10 days of on-call coverage per month.
- Weekend Commitment:4 of those call days must be scheduled on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Note:Reliable response times for emergency call-backs are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Licensure:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience:Previous Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL) experience is required.
- Certifications:CurrentBLSandACLS(American Heart Association) are mandatory.
