We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-driven Quality Control Technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to be part of a team that values continuous improvement, collaboration, and excellence. In this role, you won’t just maintain standards—you’ll help elevate them.
Why This Role Matters
As a QC Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety and quality. You’ll work closely with production teams, contribute to process enhancements, and help drive our commitment to Safe Quality Food (SQF), GMP, and food safety compliance.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect and approve incoming materials by verifying specifications and conducting visual and measurement tests
- Perform product testing for pH, TA, BRIX, Specific Gravity, Water Activity, and Microbiology
- Create and maintain Product Specification Sheets, Certificates of Analysis (C of A), and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
- Monitor in-process production, communicate adjustments, and ensure alignment with quality standards
- Approve finished products and document results with accuracy and clarity
- Identify and return products for re-work when needed, ensuring proper documentation
- Maintain and calibrate measurement equipment and report any issues promptly
- Support a safe and compliant work environment by following procedures and regulations
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Manager on additional tasks and improvement initiatives
- Other duties as assigned and required
What You Bring
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Sharp attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Experience in food manufacturing or quality control preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field is a plus—but not required for the right candidate with hands-on experience and a growth mindset
- Candidates with strong experience in GMP, SQF and microbiological testing may start on a higher salary pay.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Occasional Saturdays (if needed). Onsite work only.
