Essential Duties:
-Must have a flexible schedule, we are open 7 days a week and some weekends are required!
Scheduled Shifts are as follows: M-Sat 9:30-6:00pm and Sunday 9:30-4:00pm.
-Must have fishing knowledge.
-Provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and help. Provide the customers with the information they need to make an informed decision and feel good about the products they purchase.
-Be knowledgeable and seek education on all products Fishermans Warehouse carries.
-Be courteous and positive to all customers by greeting them and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
-Help promote and educate customers in shop and on various online platforms.
-Able to work machinery in the reel department to spool and de-spool line.
-Able to work a cash register and point of sale computer.
-Basic computer knowledge to conduct various tasks based on business needs.
-Maintain a clean, and operational shop by following all safety policies and standards.
-Able to lift packages up to 50lbs
-Able to assist on all other business needs such as but not limited to (ordering, inventory, cleaning, loading, answering phones, etc.)
Qualifications:
High school or greater education
Knowledge of the fishing industry
Able to communicate clearly and work with retail customers
Willing and able to learn various tools, procedures, and process
Retail experience
Pay Scale: $16.50-$18.50/hr . FULL TIME
