We offer beautiful 2-bedroom apartment with paid utilities plus hourly wage. Wage based on skills and experience; approx. $17.50/hr to start, each, along with incentives and reachable rental goals. Days off will be Sundays/Mondays. We have a 5-day on-site training program for our specific policies and procedures.

1) Office Position Requirements: Great customer service attitude, polished sales skills to incoming inquiries, friendly phone voice, neat appearance, Sitelink experience helpful, good with paperwork and self-motivated. Must be able to multi-task.

2) Outside Position Requirements: Light maintenance skills, great customer service attitude, neat appearance, some computer, and self-motivated to maintain the facility. MUST be able to walk the site throughout the day. Our Maintenance Manager will do the larger jobs and assign smaller jobs to the manager of the site.

NOTE: We do background checks on all new employees. Must have valid driver license and current auto insurance. Previous self storage experience with 1000+ units preferred
