Job Title: Litigation Attorney

Salary Rate: $100,000 - $200,000
My client is a well-respected firm, specializing in personal injury. We are seeking an attorney with experience in personal injury or medical malpractice to join our team. We have a full support staff ready to assist, including a discovery clerk, filing clerk, and more. The ideal candidate would have 3+ years of personal injury law in California. What You Will Do:

Manage your own caseload and work collaboratively with other lawyers.

Represent clients in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle collisions, construction site injuries, product liability, negligent security matters, and more.

Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure progress on all case-related items.

Meet deadlines, manage multiple cases, and facilitate efficient workflows within the team.

Foster a professional, team-oriented office environment.

Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency in case management.
Responsibilities:

Experience as an attorney in personal injury law.

Court hearings, depositions, and negotiations.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Excellent follow-up skills to ensure cases are progressing on schedule.

Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a small office environment.

Focus on client service and dedication to high-quality work.

Strong communication skills, both with clients and team members.
