Earnings:
- Base Salary + Lucrative Bonus Structure with 80K - 150K+ Earning Potential
- Monthly Mileage Reimbursement + Phone Allowance

General Job Description:
- Thoroughly review all sold project files, purchase orders (POs) & invoices to ensure 100% accuracy
- Schedule & coordinate all projects: Pre-Walks, Start Dates, Deliveries, Sealer, Maintenance, Repairs, etc.
- Effectively oversee & manage all installations (virtually & physically) from start to finish, ensuring all projects are installed correctly to code + Sequoia's guidelines/policies the 1st time, resulting in a happy client and a healthy project
- Communicate daily with all project foremen, project managers, and clients
- Assist design consultants with construction questions and/or issues in the field
- Proactive problem solver, preventing potential fires from ever having a chance to start
- Lead & train crews by conducting classes/training sessions, striving for excellence
- Visit job sites as needed
- Recruit new talented crews
- Grow Sequoia's business (i.e. referral, repeat, etc.)
- Networking (i.e., GCs, Developers, Landscape Architects, etc.)
Ideal Manager:
- Bilingual (Spanish + English)
- 3-5 years of Construction Management Experience (i.e. Construction Project Management)
- Prior experience in the home improvement industry (specific experience in landscape design, landscape architecture, and paving and/or the synthetic turf industry would be a BIG plus!)
- Proficient at all Google products (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Proficient at Slack
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (writing and verbal)
- Excellent customer service skills
- An incredible team player and should work well under pressure
- Effective time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Positive attitude; willing to go the extra mile
- Money motivated and determined to succeed
- Able to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas/concepts to grow the company
- Conducts him or herself with the utmost professionalism and integrity at all times
