Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time, School-Based Role in Santa Rosa, CA
Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist looking to create meaningful impact in a supportive and student-centered environment? We are currently seeking a qualified professional to join a collaborative school team in Santa Rosa, California, serving a caseload of students who benefit from strong, consistent speech and language support.
This full-time position provides the ideal balance of clinical skill application and personal fulfillment. Youll work directly with students who have a variety of communication needs, helping them build essential skills that foster both academic achievement and personal growth.

Hours: 7.5 hours per day

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Caseload: 37 students
What Youll Be Doing:
As the onsite SLP, your responsibilities will include evaluating and diagnosing speech-language disorders, developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and delivering direct intervention services tailored to each students unique needs. Youll collaborate with a team of educators, specialists, and parents to ensure that every child has access to the support they need to succeed.
Key Duties:

Administer standardized speech and language assessments

Create and monitor progress on IEP goals

Provide individual and group therapy sessions

Maintain clear documentation and compliance with school and district policies

Attend IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings

Collaborate with teaching staff and families to promote carryover and continuity
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid or eligible California SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Experience in school settings preferred but not required
