NOW HIRING: Senior Negotiator / Pre-Litigation Attorney
Compensation: $150K–$200K + Bonuses
Location: Orange County, CA (100% In-Office)

A fast-growing personal injury firm is seeking a highly skilled Senior Negotiator & Pre-Litigation Attorney to lead negotiations, craft compelling demand packages, and drive high-value settlements. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at transforming complex injury cases into meaningful recoveries for clients.

We’re looking for a professional who approaches each case with care, urgency, and the mindset to take it all the way—ensuring every client receives exceptional representation from start to finish.

What You Will Do

• Lead settlement negotiations with insurance carriers and defense firms to maximize client recoveries.
• Review and analyze demand packages to identify key liability, damages, and case themes.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies for high-value cases, including those involving significant policy limits.
• Communicate effectively with adjusters, defense counsel, and internal teams.
• Maintain precise documentation of negotiations, case progress, and all communications.
• Partner closely with attorneys, case managers, and support staff to ensure seamless case flow.
• Keep consistent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Ensure all deadlines, tasks, and case milestones are accurate and updated.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of Personal Injury experience, ideally in negotiation, demand writing, or case management.
• JD and active CA Bar license required.
• Proven success negotiating high-value cases ($250K+ policy limits).
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
