The Science Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a world-class organization that has an opening for “Manufacturing Associate”
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment (CIP/SIP), following SOPs and GMP documentation standards.
- Perform sampling, pH/conductivity measurements, and basic lab tasks.
- Move and transfer raw materials and chemicals across production areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of facility and equipment; participate in 6S and sanitization tasks.
- Complete administrative duties (shift handovers, meetings, emails).
- Stay compliant with training and qualification requirements.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (AS/BS in a science-related field preferred)
- 0–3 years’ experience in manufacturing (biotech/pharma preferred)
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain compliance
Upstream
- Day: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night: 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Downstream
- Day: 6:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Night: 6:30 PM – 7:30 AM
Additional Details:
- Location; Vacaville, CA
- Shift Schedule: 3-4-3 Pattern – 12-hour shifts
- Pay: $25/hr. (Day Shift), $27.50/hr.
- (Night Shift)
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
