A highly regarded boutique law firm specializing in real estate law is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage litigation cases from inception through resolution, including trial or settlement.
  • Represent clients in state and federal courts, focusing on business, bankruptcy, and financial litigation matters.
  • Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and draft motions, pleadings, and contracts.
  • Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions (ADR).
  • Collaborate closely with partners and clients to deliver exceptional representation.
  • Handle a variety of cases in a fast-paced, high-stakes litigation practice.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in California.
  • Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience, preferably in bankruptcy, real estate, or financial services.
  • Strong courtroom advocacy, negotiation skills, and legal research abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Experience working with lenders, mortgage brokers, or business clients is a plus.
