Caregiver Needed in Sherman Oaks In-Home Senior Care
Flexible Shifts | Supportive Team | Sherman Oaks
This is a 1:1 job in a male client's home. The client is bed-bound, and he has day shift caregivers that take care of his bathing needs. He requires assistance with meal prep, companionship and assistance with personal care. Hours needed: Sundays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for 4 hour shifts starting anytime between 4-6pm (caregiver preference.) There are no pets.

What Youll Do
- Personal Care & Dignity Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
- Healthy Meals & Home Care Cook simple, nutritious meals; keep living spaces clean and organized.
- Medication & Wellness Provide timely reminders and track basic health cues.
- Active Companionship Chat, play games, take walks, and accompany clients on errands or appointments.
- Light Exercise Support Assist with stretches or physical-therapy routines as directed by professionals.
What You Bring
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferredbut a big heart matters most.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon).
- Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
- Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
- Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
