Responsibilities
- Conduct technical training classes for service and technical staff.
- Maintain and update training materials and technical documents.
- Assist with technician testing and certification programs.
- Maintain vehicles, tools, and training equipment.
- Track student progress in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Ensure facility organization and compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or certificate in Automotive Technology required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- ASE Master Technician (A1–A8 with L1) required.
- 6–8 years of automotive mechanical experience; OEM or dealership experience preferred.
- Prior training or instructional experience a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CAD or 3D software a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as needed.
