Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position offers an opportunity to provide occupational therapy services to students across multiple grade levels, including elementary (K-5), middle (6-8), and high school (9-12). The role is based in Willows, CA, within a school setting, under a contract arrangement.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering occupational therapy intervention tailored to the developmental and educational needs of students
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Conducting assessments and creating individualized treatment plans
- Documenting therapy sessions and tracking student outcomes
- Participating in meetings related to student services and individualized education programs (IEPs)
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) credential
- Experience working with students across various grade levels (K-12)
- Knowledge of school-based therapy protocols and educational environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs
