Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Location: North Richmond, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time (W2)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 annually
Benefits: Full benefits package

Position Summary

We are hiring an LPCC to provide short-term therapy in an integrated primary care setting. This role is best suited for clinicians who enjoy solution-focused work, clear treatment goals, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy to adults in a brief-care model
• Conduct assessments and screenings for trauma and substance use concerns
• Coordinate with primary care teams to align treatment plans and referrals
• Support psychoeducation and group sessions as assigned
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care coordination

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Active CA LPCC license (APCC accepted; supervision provided)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• DSM-5 familiarity and evidence-based practice competence
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Integrated or community clinic experience
• Trauma-informed training
• Spanish fluency is a plus
