Job Description

  • Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans and protocols in accordance with OSHA and local regulations.
  • Perform routine site inspections and risk assessments; proactively address potential hazards.
  • Lead jobsite safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing training for crews and subcontractors.
  • Investigate safety incidents, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Partner with project teams to embed safety practices into daily operations.
  • Stay current on construction safety trends, technologies, and legal requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field.
  • CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • years of hands-on experience managing construction site safety.
  • Deep knowledge of OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and state/local safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in incident reporting, safety documentation, and audit processes.
