- Conduct product demonstrations to promote sales and engage customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all stock is readily available.
- Assist in supervising junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance on best practices.
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer calls professionally and effectively.
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves and reporting low stock levels.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or as a cashier is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
