DMF Lighting is a fast-growing leader in the lighting industry, always hard at work engineering what comes next. We have an exciting opportunity in our IT department for an Oracle Techno Functional Analyst.

• Pay range is $80,000 to $95,000 annually (based on skills/knowledge/experience)
• Location: onsite in Carson, CA

We are seeking a motivated Oracle Techno Functional Analyst with a minimum of 4 years experience and a strong technical and functional background in Oracle Fusion, Oracle E- Business Suite (EBS), and Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Order Management, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and WMS, with the ability to support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with business users and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day techno-functional support for Oracle Fusion, EBS, and WMS modules, ensuring business continuity.
• Handle Order Management, WMS, and OIC integrations, resolving system issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements, analyze problems, and recommend effective solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for solution development.
• Perform root cause analysis, testing, and validation for enhancements and production issues.
• Develop and maintain SQL/PLSQL queries, reports, and scripts for troubleshooting and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with offshore teams for development, testing, and support activities.
• Document system processes, enhancements, and support resolutions for future reference.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of Oracle solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Minimum 4-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of Oracle techno-functional consulting experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong SQL/PLSQL knowledge, understanding of Oracle tables & data structures.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integrations.
  • Knowledge of Oracle RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
• Functional Skills:
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Order Management, WMS, and Fusion ERP.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in Supply Chain & Order Fulfillment.
• Other Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and requirement-gathering skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams.
  • Experience supporting end-users in day-to-day operational issues.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Exposure to BI Publisher, OTBI reports, or APEX.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud upgrades and patches.
