What Youll Do:
As a Parent Consultant/Case Supervisor, youll play a vital role in delivering client-centered support through caregiver training, case supervision, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized parent training programs

  • Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust goals based on data and family input

  • Train and mentor Behavior Technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery

  • Analyze data and prepare visual reports for progress monitoring

  • Lead team meetings and staff training sessions

  • Conduct observations, provide feedback, and support staff development

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for families, offering resources and emotional support

  • Ensure timely documentation, compliance with ethical standards, and treatment fidelity

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor's degree in ABA or related field (required)

  • Actively pursuing Masters in ABA or related field (required)

  • 12 years of experience in ABA services, including direct 1:1 intervention

  • Demonstrated experience in parent consultation/training

  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills

  • Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply
