Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while facilitating communication between stakeholders and managing resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
- Oversee the bidding and contract management process, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
- Coordinate design-build processes and collaborate with design and construction teams.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and maintaining cost controls.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate updates and gather feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in retail or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of bidding and contract management processes.
- Excellent scheduling and time management skills.
- Familiarity with design-build project delivery methods.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
