Hiring: Labor & Employment Attorney - Remote Special Counsel Role

We're seeking Counsel or Special Counsel with 7+ years of employment law experience to handle a dynamic caseload of administrative charges, demand letters, and single-plaintiff litigation. You'll also have the chance to supervise junior attorneys, shape case strategies, and represent clients in hearings and trials-all while working from wherever you thrive best.

What You Bring:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- 7+ years of employment litigation experience
- Active Bar in the state you reside
- Confidence working independently in a remote environment
- Bonus: Experience with EPLI matters or prior law firm practice
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $200,000-$250,000, based on experience and billable target
