We are looking for a data-savvy Data Coordinator and help us enhance the quality, consistency, and reliability of our audience data.
In this contract-based role, you’ll play a key part in a high-impact initiative, reporting directly to the Head of Integrated Systems in our Digital & Technology Department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves organizing complex datasets, solving data inconsistencies, and collaborating across teams to build stronger, smarter systems that serve our mission.
Duties:
· Perform routine data cleansing to maintain accurate and reliable audience records
· Validate data integrations across platforms like ticketing systems, CRM, and email marketing tools
· Detect and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent data
· Monitor and ensure data flow integrity between multiple systems
· Use pre-designed reports to analyze and communicate data health
· Collaborate with teams to update documentation, improve processes, and maintain data standards
· Support organization-wide data initiatives using a collaborative and inclusive approach
Requirements:
· Proven experience in data coordination, data integrity, or CRM system management
· High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of Salesforce, Ticketure, or Raiser’s Edge is a big plus
· Sharp attention to detail, with the ability to spot patterns, inconsistencies, and gaps
· Strong communicator—able to convey technical insights to both tech and non-tech stakeholders
· Comfortable working independently, meeting deadlines, and juggling priorities
· A commitment to equity, inclusion, and collaboration in a nonprofit environment
· Experience with Mailchimp, Digital Cheetah, or similar tools
· Background in the nonprofit, arts, or cultural sectors is a plus
· College degree preferred
· Availability to commit to the full term of the contract role
