Title, Wage, and Requirements
Office Manager/Receptionist
Wage is negotiable. Range budgeted for position is $18 to $22 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
Position is full-time and requires in-office attendance Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
As our clients are more likely to be in at-risk categories, proof of vaccination may be required.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
-Post-secondary education
-5+ years of experience in a similar professional role
-Experience copy editing or proofing.
Minimum Required Skills and Qualifications
-High School Diploma
-Type at least 60 words per minute
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Chrome, and Adobe Acrobat
-Eligible and successfully become a Public Notary within the probationary period
Key Responsibilities
-Reception: First point of contact and frontline customer service including greeting in-office clients, answering incoming calls, and responding to internet inquiries
-Calendaring: Maintenance of office and attorney calendars, including scheduling client meetings, appointment confirmation emails, appointment confirmation calls
-File Maintenance and Document Preparation: Creation of physical and digital client files, handle sensitive client information and confidential documents, print and assemble legal documents, notarize legal documents, data entry, photocopying, and shredding
-General Office Maintenance: Ordering office supplies, watering plants, washing dishes, communicating with vendors and property management
