We are seeking a skilled and professional Licensed Aesthetician who is dedicated to delivering high-quality treatments and an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is warm, detail-oriented, confident in their skills, and eager to grow with our clinic.

This is a part-time position (2–3 days/week) with the potential to expand as the clinic grows.

General Duties

• Perform aesthetic services such as facials, chemical peels, body contouring, dermaplaning etc.

• Conduct skin assessments and recommend appropriate treatment plans

• Maintain a clean, safe, compliant treatment environment

• Educate clients on post-care, home skincare routines, and treatment plans

• Assist clinician/injector during procedures when needed

• Document services accurately and maintain client charts

• Support front-desk tasks: scheduling, client communication, and product sales

• Build rapport with clients and provide high-quality customer service

• Contribute ideas to enhance client experience and spa operations

Qualifications

• Current California Esthetician License (required)

• At least 1 year of experience in aesthetics or medspa preferred, Laser Treatment experience is a plus! (Laser Treatment Certified)

• Comfortable with regenerative and wellness-based treatments

• Strong communication skills and professional bedside manner

• Ability to work independently and follow clinical protocols

Compensation - Based on experience
