Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Lead, coordinate, and support all major phases of project execution, from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within the budget and schedule.
2. Participate in design reviews, providing expert insights and recommendations to optimize product design and performance.
3. Oversee the entire process from design, testing, and new product introduction, ensuring all products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
4. Support the supply chain team by providing vendor support and answering material-related questions, ensuring a smooth and efficient procurement process.
5. Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, while also meeting all quality and performance specifications.
6. Leverage your knowledge of SolidWorks and ISO or AS9100 to ensure all products are designed and manufactured in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required. Advanced degrees are a plus.
2. A minimum of 8 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably in the aerospace.
3. Experience with RF is highly preferred.
4. Proficiency in using SolidWorks.
5. Familiarity with ISO or AS9100 standards and their application in the manufacturing process.
6. Proven experience in leading and managing projects, with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
9. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
