Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and litigation, with a passion for advocating for clients' rights. This role involves managing a caseload of personal injury cases, from initial consultation through trial, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients. On-site only.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations
- Interact with clients to provide updates, gather information, and offer legal advice
- Collaborate with medical professionals and experts to build strong cases
- Develop case strategies and prepare for trial, including jury selection and witness preparation
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Trial experience is a plus
