<li>JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record</li>
<li>Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing</li>
<li>5-8 years of substantive litigation experience</li>
<li>Demonstrated stand-up experience, including taking and defending depositions and courtroom advocacy</li>
<li>Prior trial experience strongly preferred</li>
<li>Proven legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities</li>
<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently</li>
<li>Highly motivated and driven, with a strong commitment to exceptional client service and effective teamwork</li>

Key Responsibilities

<li>Manage and assist with high-stakes business litigation matters across industries</li>
<li>Conduct discovery, including taking and defending depositions</li>
<li>Draft and argue motions and briefs in state and federal courts</li>
<li>Participate in trial preparation, hearings, and courtroom proceedings</li>
<li>Collaborate with senior attorneys and litigation teams to develop case strategies</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, and internal teams</li>
