Job DescriptionProject Engineer

We are one of Southern California's premier Multi-family Developers with offices in Sherman Oaks and Santa Barbara. We have a 300 Unit Garden-style master plan community breaking ground just outside of Santa Barbara and need to add a Project Engineer to our team. What you will do:

  • Multi-family projects
  • 300 unit Garden-style master plan community
  • Work with Project Managers to ensure project success and completion
  • Work your way towards a project management promotion
  • Submittals & change orders

What you need:

  • 1+ year as a Project Engineer
  • 1+ year in Multi-family
  • BS in Construction Management or related
