Location: Temecula, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
As an Assembler, you will be responsible for producing accurate, high-quality products by following defined procedures:
- Assemble products and components by hand or with small tools in strict accordance with written instructions, diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
- Follow all SOPs exactly as written; deviations are not permitted without supervisor approval.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and immediately report issues, errors, or equipment concerns.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production preferred (training provided for the right candidate).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
- Comfortable working in a highly structured, SOP-driven environment.
- Able to follow instructions precisely and accept feedback or corrections professionally.
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
