We are seeking a skilled Deburrer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for removing burrs and sharp edges from machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of precision tools, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Utilize various power tools and hand tools to deburr components according to specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand part specifications.
• Operate milling machines and other machinery as needed for deburring tasks.
• Employ precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances of parts.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and uphold lean manufacturing principles.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining processes.
• Experience with tooling and setup of machinery is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing practices is beneficial.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents effectively.
