Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice and support in various commercial real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations while protecting the interests of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance on commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate agreements and contracts.
- Conduct legal due diligence and research on real estate matters.
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance related to commercial real estate.
- Represent clients in negotiations and disputes related to commercial real estate transactions.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant state.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions and related legal issues.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
