Role focus

• Execute industrial electrical and telecom scopes with precision and speed
• Think critically to solve installation and commissioning challenges
• Align work with NEC, local codes, and ISE standards
• Engage with customers to validate system functionality
• Mentor apprentices—set expectations, coach, and verify quality

Core responsibilities

• Study and adhere to company policies and standards
• Support telecom installation: supports, cable pulls, terminations, labeling
• Arrive at assigned worksites ready to work and fully prepared
• Troubleshoot and repair physical network infrastructure issues
• Install/maintain 480 V distribution equipment and feeders
• Configure/maintain VFDs; support basic motor/device control systems
• Bend/thread conduit: GRC, ARC, EMT, Ocal, Stainless Steel

Must-have qualifications

• California State Certified Journeyman card required
• Required - 8000 hours minimum with California State certified journeyman card currently on record. Need not apply if you do not have to this.
• OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 required; CPR required
• 6+ years’ experience preferred; industrial/food processing exposure a plus
• Certification and/or experience operating man-lifts preferred

• Team-oriented; professional with customers
• Lifting capability of 50 lbs.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license

Education & certifications

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• License/Certification: California State Certified Journeyman Card (Required)
• License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)
• You should be proficient in: Journeyman’s License; OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: 8 hour shift
• Work Location: Multiple locations
• Ability to Relocate: San Luis Obispo, CA — Relocate before starting work (Required)
