Responsibilities:

<li>Project Evaluation: Review project specifications, blueprints, and site conditions to thoroughly understand project scope, requirements, and constraints.</li>
<li>Cost Estimation: Utilize construction estimating software and industry knowledge to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.</li>
<li>Bid Preparation: Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive bid proposals, ensuring alignment with project specifications and budgetary constraints.</li>
<li>Vendor and Subcontractor Management: Solicit quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, negotiate pricing and terms, and maintain positive relationships to secure competitive pricing and quality services.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, PlanSwift) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and costs, with the ability to accurately interpret project blueprints and specifications.</li>
<li>Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.</li>
