As a Senior Responsible Aerospace and Defense Engineer, you will be responsible for product development through its entire product life cycle, from program kick-off through production. In this role, you will create and manage CAD models, FEA models and BOM's for individual Nodes™ as well as full structures. You will develop and maintain engineering documentation, including system level DFMEA and DVP and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand manufacturing/design capabilities and limitations and to ensure proposed design changes can be efficiently produced and assembled. You will also act as technical liaison between Divergent and its customers, to ensure product requirements are concurred, tracked and achieved. As well you will lead and influence internal engineers in their product development work.
The Role

Basic Qualifications

As a Tier 2 Audio Visual Field Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our project delivery teams by installing and maintaining a wide variety of AV technologies across client sites. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality installations, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders.
**THIS POSITION REQUIRES UP TO 70% TRAVEL. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Provide daily reporting to the Project Management team.</li>
<li>Install a wide variety of AV technology in both existing and new build project sites.</li>
<li>Perform cable management and layout planning for 1st fix hardware, including bracketry and ceiling speaker hardware.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with general contract requirements during installations.</li>
<li>Apply knowledge of low voltage electrical concepts.</li>
<li>Utilize basic carpentry and installation skills.</li>
<li>Operate power tools safely and effectively.</li>
<li>Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems.</li>
<li>Travel to other sites as needed to support projects and installations.</li>
