POSITION SUMMARY

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
The Clinical Liaison should be a Licensed Vocational Nurse, Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Experience within critical care, trauma, or other specialty settings is preferred. The position of Clinical Liaison requires a person who is able to communicate well with all levels of staff, physicians, and patient referral sources. BRIEF SUMMARY: Administers all general Respiratory Therapy procedures, including humidity and aerosol therapy, pulmonary secretion clearance, CPAP, BIPAP, and High-Flow Therapy. Must demonstrate basic mechanical ventilator management skills, including set-up, monitoring, and troubleshooting. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Treatments are done on a timely basis, as ordered by the physician. 
2. All EKGs, ABGs, new starts, sputum inductions, and other procedures are done on the shift in which they are ordered. Equipment is cleaned, and O2 rounds are done.
3. Proficient in all assigned procedures, including performance of the procedure, possible side effects, rationale, and physiology.
4. Electronic Medical Records (EMR) entries, which include relevant and appropriate patient assessment and procedure information, are documented in accordance with the policy and procedural manual.
5. Manages invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilators, including set-up, troubleshooting, suggested set-up parameters, suggestions to correct blood gas imbalances, and suggested weaning methods.
6. Complies with hospital policy for receiving doctor’s orders, including verbal and phone
7. Complies with hospital policies and procedures

During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member’s current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member’s overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit. Our providers:

Our community setting is a relaxing change from a hectic hospital. Here at Maravilla you have a chance to get to know the residents you serve; our residents count on the LVN to provide compassionate care. You will provide residents with nursing services in accordance with physician’s orders.&nbsp; This position reports to the Director of Assisted Living. &nbsp; Essential Duties:&nbsp;

<li>Supervise and direct resident assistants and med aides.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Communicate with residents, families, physicians and 3rd party providers</li>
<li>Perform resident assessments.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Order and administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physician.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor response to existing treatment plans.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide residents with care as needed.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist the Director of Assisted Living with staffing schedules and daily staffing issues.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Current LVN license.&nbsp;</li>
<li>With 97 apartments in Assisted Living and 20 apartments in Memory Care, Maravilla runs a high occupancy,&nbsp; The ideal candidate for this role must LOVE working with seniors&nbsp;in an environment where there is never a dull moment.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Our floor nurses are kind, compassionate, excellent at documentation skills, great communicators, and bring their positive attitude every time they work.&nbsp;&nbsp;They work with a team of amazing Caregivers and Med Aides who collaboratively endeavor to meet and exceed the needs of our residents.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Minimum one (1) year of experience as an LVN. Prefer experience working with the elderly.</li>
<li>Must possess a high degree of interpersonal relations skills and capability of relating to a variety of people and personalities. Initiative, judgment, and leadership skills&nbsp;also&nbsp;required.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS AS A MOBILE PHLEBOTOMIST MATTER
As a Mobile Phlebotomist with Liron Inc., your day is all about bringing care directly to the patient. You start by reviewing your schedule and prepping your supplies before hitting the road in your reliable vehicle. Throughout the day, you travel between counties to perform blood draws and other medical procedures with precision and care. You take vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse, while keeping patient comfort and confidentiality at the forefront. You stay organized, maintain accurate records, and manage your time efficiently to complete around 20–30 exams each week, all while making a real difference in people's lives.
 
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
<ul>
<li>Currently in possession of a CPT1 certification in the state of California</li>
<li>Proficiency in drawing blood with minimal complications</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Bilingual skills in Spanish or Hmong are highly desirable</li>
<li>Reliable transportation with valid auto insurance</li>
<li>1+ years of professional phlebotomy experience in a laboratory or hospital setting</li>
<li>1+ years of experience in customer service (preferred)</li>
