· Compares data on claim with internal policy and other company records to ascertain completeness and validity of claim.
· Comprehensive understanding of employee benefits for medical, dental and vision plans.
· Adjudicates medical claims, applies coordination of benefits as outlined in plan guidelines and works with providers to gather the necessary documents to make final payment determination on claims
· Ensures all claims are coded properly.
· Examines Summary Plan Document, claim adjustors' reports or similar claims/precedents to determine extent of coverage and liability.
· Maintains high quality standards to avoid paying claim incorrectly.
· Maintains productivity standards set by Management.
· Refers most questionable claims for investigation to claim examiner II for review and processing.
· Research and resolve paid and denied claims escalations from internal sources and/or TIPS ticketing system when assigned.
· Works from the claims queue manager to process &amp; releases claims for adjudication and payment within 3-5 days of receipt.
· Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

We're looking for someone to join our team as an Licensed Therapist IBH who:
The Licensed Therapist IBH works in the integrated or collaborative care model within a Community Health Center and is an advanced psychotherapy position. The therapist in this setting provides care to patients with Mild to Moderate behavioral health, substance use disorder and co-occurring treatment needs. This person provides warm hand-off consultations with primary care providers (PCP) and health center patients; develops treatment plans with the patient and medical team; delivers brief psychotherapy and psychoeducation interventions; provides assessments to appropriately identify and coordinate client’s care; coordinates psychiatric and medical services with the patient’s overall treatment plan; and meets minimum productivity standards of the agency.

Position Summary
The Inpatient Case Management Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting case managers and social workers by coordinating care, managing documentation, and ensuring timely communication with members, providers, outside facilities and internal teams. The Case Management Coordinator will work closely with case managers, social workers, providers and interdisciplinary teams to facilitate care coordination. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of managed care processes to facilitate seamless transitions of care and optimize patient outcomes. 
 Specific Skills Required

<li>Utilize approved processes to address patients’ biophysical, psychological, educational, and environmental needs</li>
<li>Maintain and update daily census reports by verifying admissions and discharges</li>
<li>Communicate with members via phone and in person to assess needs, triage concerns, and resolve issues</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with case managers, social workers, and leadership teams to support care coordination</li>
<li>Verify member eligibility and benefits to facilitate effective care planning</li>
<li>Maintain working knowledge of managed care principles, risk arrangements, DOFR, and compliance requirements</li>
<li>Schedule appointments and arrange transportation for members as needed</li>
<li>Conduct post-discharge follow-up calls to address ongoing needs and coordinate care</li>
<li>Accurately enter and update inpatient admission authorizations</li>
<li>Assist case managers with authorizations required for safe discharge planning</li>
<li>Facilitate delivery, tracking, and completion of required health plan forms</li>
<li>Prepare and distribute daily reports for patient rounds to ensure accurate, up-to-date information</li>
<li>Receive, review, label, and file incoming faxes to maintain organized records</li>
<li>Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards</li>
<li>Assist in preparing health plan reports and maintaining current logs</li>
<li>Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with physicians, facility staff, and colleagues</li>
<li>Demonstrate efficiency, multitasking ability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Participate in department meetings, required training, and process improvement initiatives</li>
<li>Assist with onboarding and training of new team members</li>
<li>Provide coverage for team members as needed</li>
