POSITION SUMMARY
 
With a focus on children, youth, and families, provides psychiatric assessments, medication monitoring, &amp; continuity of care. Responsible for performing basic screening, diagnostic treatment, rehabilitative and supportive services as a member of a primary and psychiatric health care team for outpatient clients using a client-directed outcome informed approach. This may include direct supervision as well as review and revision of all applicable procedures and their execution relating to the daily medically related activities. Collaborates with Medical Staff in delivering program specific services. Works as an integral part of the clinician staff by participating in Medical Staff and PA/NP meetings.Provide continuous and comprehensive services necessary for the promotion of optimal mental health, prevention and treatment of psychiatric disorders and health maintenance to children and adolescents, ages 12 20. This includes the assessment, diagnosis, and management of mental health problems and psychiatric disorders. The PA/NP works collaboratively with other on-site medical and mental health providers as well as with community PCPs and other allied mental health professionals.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Patient Care Management/Documentation

<li>Work collaboratively with a physician and/or mental health provider of record, (if one exists), to provide comprehensive adolescent mental health services.</li>
<li>Through patient evaluation, determine a differential diagnosis and plan for intervention.</li>

Consultation and Referral

<li>Consultation with Director, Medical Services or attending primary care physician is required if the NP/PA wishes to prescribe more than two (2) controlled substances from the same class of medication.</li>
<li>Demonstrate competent knowledge in delivering health care to patients through the peer review processes including chart review, by interactions with physician preceptors and by working collaboratively with support staff and all staff of SSTHP.</li>
<li>Become an integral part of the clinical staff through participation in Medical Staff meetings, PA/NP meetings, and other departments of SSHWC.</li>

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Zoi and Mind Clinics is hiring ABA Therapists-Behavior Interventionists committed to providing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to individuals with developmental disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder. Services are provided in the client's home and in the community. As a Behavior technician, you will be working in the child's home, with a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA, helping the child change behaviors and learn new skills.

<li>Pay Range: based on degrees, certificates, experience, and languages spoken: $20 - $26</li>

Location: Orange County, California (In-person and Telehealth Options Available)

We are a growing provider of behavior analytic services dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism. Our team values quality care, collaboration, and professional growth. We are currently seeking a qualified, bilingual (Spanish/English) BCBA to join our team on a full-time basis.

Position Overview:
As a part-time BCBA, you will manage a caseload of 15-20 clients, providing individualized behavior intervention services in various settings including at home, within the community, and in schools. You will have the flexibility to conduct sessions and BCBA supervision sessions in both in-person and via telehealth, working approximately 30-40 hours per week. Client locations very within OC area (e.g., Anaheim, Orange, Garden Grove, La Habra, Brea, Fullerton, etc). 

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.</li>
<li>Conduct assessments (FBAs) and provide direct behavioral intervention for clients with autism.</li>
<li>Hold client sessions in diverse settings (home, community, and school) to ensure comprehensive care.</li>
<li>Provide clinical supervision and guidance to support staff and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory guidelines.</li>
<li>Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience with autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, etc.</li>
<li>Proven clinical and supervision experience.</li>
<li>FBA experience</li>
<li>Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.</li>
<li>Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Valid California BCBA certification and relevant state licensure as applicable.</li>
<li>Pass Background Check</li>
<li>Masters Degree</li>
<li>Immunization Record</li>
