Both part-time &amp; full-time overnight (NOC/graveyard) shifts available. As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing support and supervision to clients during their recovery journey. Here's an overview of the job responsibilities:

<li>Foster positive relationships and maintain effective communication with team members, residents, and visitors.</li>
<li>Offer guidance, support, and positive role modeling to residents while monitoring behavior according to program guidelines.</li>
<li>Proficiency and comfortability with facilitating two groups per shift</li>
<li>Ability to accurately document groups in Kipu</li>
<li>Document all significant interactions in Kipu with each client.</li>
<li>Provide safe transportation for scheduled appointments and activities, intervening in crisis situations when necessary.</li>
<li>Assist with meal preparation, laundry, and bed changes upon discharge of residents, ensuring assigned chores are completed.</li>
<li>Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.</li>
<li>Notify the supervisor within 24 hours if unable to show up for work; request time off two weeks in advance.</li>
