<li>Carries the "Pharmacist in Charge" title with the board of pharmacy, Preparing the pharmacy daily for any unannounced Board of pharmacy Audits by ensuring Pharmacy, Pharmacist and Technicians Licenses are valid and active, and ensuring all invoices, prescriptions' hardcopies are filed right, and that all aspects of audit are always in compliance of laws and regulations of the state board of pharmacy.</li>
<li>With the support of the Chief Pharmacy Officer and compliance team prepares the pharmacy and ensures compliance for any HRSA, OSV, OPA, County, and Joint Commissions audits or any kind of audit.</li>
<li>Performing periodic self-audits to the pharmacy prescription transactions to ensure that all claims are abiding with the 340B program and state regulations.</li>
<li>Ensuring Hazardous waste and expired medications are being treated accordingly with the local, State and Federal Regulations</li>

<li>Monitoring and training staff pharmacists ensuring all State laws and 340B program aspects are being followed, delegating some tasks to him/her as well as to technicians.</li>

<li>Will Follow any State approved programs that maximizes Pharmacist Clinical roles upon Physicians' Standing orders or Collaborative agreement. <li>Oversees Purchase Requisitions and Wholesaler Orders Submitted efficiently monitoring inventory flow process to identify merchandise that need to be ordered. Ensures proper execution of inventory flow processes. Monitors and evaluates the facility to identify and address problems with inventory flow.</li>
<li>In co-ordination with Chief Pharmacy Officer will attend to the staffing needs of the pharmacy, assist in scheduling associates based on pharmacy needs, give clear feedback to assist Chief Pharmacy Officer in the annual evaluation of pharmacy associates.</li>

The Back Office Medical Assistant plays a vital role in supporting clinical operations by assisting providers with patient care, performing clinical procedures, and maintaining accurate medical records. This position ensures smooth patient flow, adheres to compliance standards, and contributes to a positive patient experience. 
What You’ll Do:
Clinical Responsibilities

<li>Provides high-quality customer service and adheres to quality control standards</li>
<li>Coordinates patient care per physician instructions and company policies</li>
<li>Escorts patients to exam rooms per company protocols</li>
<li>Prepares patients for exams by taking histories and explaining procedures</li>
<li>Conducts and documents patient intake</li>
<li>Assists in dermatologic procedures (biopsies, excisions, phototherapy, cosmetic treatments) using sterile techniques</li>
<li>Supports routine lab tests (e.g., skin scrapings, swabs)</li>
<li>Apply topical treatments or dressings under provider supervision</li>
<li>Captures clinical photos for documentation and comparison</li>
<li>Accurately documents patient care in medical records promptly</li>
<li>Send prescriptions during visits and verify accuracy with provider</li>
<li>Sterilizes instruments and keeps exam rooms clean by safety standards</li>
<li>Uploads and maintains pathology, AK, MOHS, and FBX logs</li>
<li>Verifies pathology log details (patient info, diagnosis, site, lab routing)</li>
<li>Keeps cancer logs current and accurate</li>
<li>Stocks rooms, monitors supplies, and alerts managers when low</li>
<li>Maintains strict patient confidentiality</li>
<li>Performs additional patient care tasks to support providers</li>
</ul>
Patient Education &amp; Support
<ul>
<li>Asking every patient for a google review.</li>
<li>Educate patients on skin care routines, including post-procedure care and sunscreen use.</li>
<li>Explain treatment plans and follow-up instructions to help patients understand their care journey.</li>
<li>Provide compassionate support for patients dealing with chronic skin conditions or cancer</li>
</ul>
Administrative Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Greetings and checks in patients, verifying personal and medical details</li>
<li>Collecting all pertinent information at check in (MIPS Questionnaire)</li>
<li>Updating the PA log, ensure codes are entered correctly.</li>
<li>Checks prescriptions throughout the day — verify, highlight, and confirm accuracy</li>
<li>Schedules appointments and manages follow-up and procedure calendars</li>
<li>Handles calls, messages, Klaras, Tandem, and responds to inquiries including medication refills and general questions</li>
<li>Makes timely outbound calls as needed</li>
<li>Processes prior authorizations and communicates with insurance providers</li>
<li>Orders and organizes medical supplies to maintain inventory levels</li>
<li>Attends meetings and completes assigned trainings timely</li>

Education &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program is a plus.</li>
<li>Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred.</li>
<li>1–2 years of clinical experience in a medical office preferred.</li>
