ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Under general supervision, the QE must be able to perform a variety of job duties including, but not limited to: Review all customer-imposed quality documents to determine applicability to specific AAE operations and assess compliance. Independently decide and approve or direct corrections as necessary. </li>

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronic Assembler with experience in high voltage pulsed systems to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, reworking, and testing high voltage pulsed electronic systems and components. This role requires a strong understanding of electronic assembly techniques, proficiency in PCB-level rework, and the ability to work with complex high voltage systems safely and accurately. This position is a full-time onsite role.
 
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Assembly &amp; Rework:

<li>Assemble high voltage pulsed electronic systems and components according to detailed specifications and engineering drawings.</li>
<li>Perform minor PCB rework and repair, including component-level soldering (through-hole and surface-mount), desoldering, and board cleaning.</li>
<li>Use hand tools, precision soldering equipment, microscopes, and other assembly/rework tools to complete and correct assemblies with precision and quality.</li>
