Role Responsibilities ( Here's what it takes) 
<ul>
<li> Direct Support Professional staff provide assistance and supervise consumers in activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, and toileting.</li>
<li>Responsible for adhering to and documenting an individual's program as directed by the Program Coordinator, or Department Manager. Such as program design/behavioral support and/or intervention plans. </li>
<li>Be able to fulfill any number of roles to fit the unique programming needs of each individual client while supporting at different stages of the client's life including but not limited to: at an afterschool program, at a college/university, at his or her part time job, and at a Day Program or Group Home setting. </li>
<li>Responsible for adherence to standards, procedures and schedules established by their supervisor.</li>
<li>Communicate information and/or issues that arise in a timely manner in accordance with company policy.</li>
<li>Attend and complete all initial and on-going training requirements.</li>
<li>Meet punctuality and attendance standards as outlined by the organization.</li>
<li>Document consumers' progress and communicate findings to program coordinator. </li>
<li>Prepare and submit behavioral and incident reports as necessary.</li>
<li>Be prepared to adequately manage and de-escalate behavioral outbursts including but not limited to physical and verbal aggression, property destruction, elopement, self-injurious behaviors, and self-stimulatory behaviors.</li>

Position Overview:

Responsibilities

<li>Client Care:
<ul>
<li>Perform high-quality facials, skincare treatments, and other aesthetic services, adhering to industry standards and client safety.</li>
<li>Greet and escort clients to treatment rooms, ensuring a professional and friendly interaction.</li>
<li>Prepare patients for procedures by gathering medical history and answering pre-treatment questions.</li>
<li>Assist Physicians and Nurses during non-invasive cosmetic procedures and treatments.</li>
<li>Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and escalating significant issues to management.</li>
</ul>

</ul>
 
<ul>
<li>Administrative and Operational Duties:
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate and complete wellness chart documentation for all clients.</li>
<li>Work with the Clinic Manager, Physicians and Nurses to ensure treatment room readiness, cleanliness, and organization.</li>
<li>Conduct treatment room inspections and maintain back bar inventory levels.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Active California Esthetician License required.</li>
<li>California Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) is a plus.</li>
<li>2+ years of industry experience preferred.</li>
<li>Proficient in performing a wide range of skincare treatments, techniques, and devices.</li>
<li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Warm, friendly demeanor with outstanding people skills.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain client confidentiality and build trust.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Tech-savvy: Proficiency in scheduling software, email, and mobile devices.</li>
</ul>
**Experience with Zenoti is a plus.
