Primary Responsibilities Include:
<ul>
<li>Provide caring companionship through conversation, help with hobbies, and meal preparation.</li>
<li>Assist with diet monitoring, walking, personal hygiene care, and other activities of daily living.</li>
<li>Assist with non-medical care needs, including normal aging challenges and hospital recovery.</li>
<li>Provide transportation to appointments, grocery shopping, and running errands.</li>
<li>Complete medication reminders.</li>
<li>Provide emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities.</li>

Successful Candidates Must Have:

<li>At least one year of caregiving experience; professional or caring for a loved one.</li>
<li>Comfortable assisting with&nbsp;ADLs, mobility, and personal care.</li>
<li>Active&nbsp;HCA Registration (Home Care Aide)&nbsp;preferred.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.</li>
<li>Compassion, patience, and dependability are a must!</li>
<li>Valid TB test (or willing to get one).</li>
<li>Must be on the California State Registry (or willing to sign up) – HCA.</li>
<li>Willingness to learn new skills to better the lives of our clients.</li>
<li>Proficient communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to organize and prioritize tasks as assigned.</li>
<li>Caring and compassionate nature with professional attitude &amp; presentation.</li>

What You'll Do:

<li>CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.</li>

<li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
