Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Solana Beach, CA for a Manager, Tenant Coordination. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Tenant Coordinator to oversee tenant improvements (TI), landlord work, and construction execution across a diverse portfolio of retail, office, and mixed-use properties. Acting as the primary liaison between tenants, landlords, contractors, consultants, leasing, property management, and development teams, this role guides projects from lease negotiation through tenant opening and final closeout.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Lease &amp; Lease Execution

Qualifications

<li>Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, lease agreements, work letters, MEPS plans, and signage documentation.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced retail, office, or mixed-use environments.</li>

Job DescriptionLooking for a long-term, reliable, compassionate, motivated, and responsible individual to join our staff at a Level 4i Adult Residential Facility.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We support and serve individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.&nbsp;We currently have a part time position available to work as a Direct Support Professional (DSP).&nbsp;The ideal applicant:&nbsp;

<li>Must be focused and able to implement structure and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL's).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Have a positive attitude, friendly, and energetic personality with great patience since this is a behavioral home and we work with behaviors such as verbal aggression, attention seeking, and occasional noncompliance.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Will be able to follow directions and complete the requests and tasks from management.</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;The staff member:
<ul>
<li>Will be responsible for the cleanliness and laundry needs of the facility along with occasional light cooking.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Will ensure the care and supervision of residents in any emergency by utilizing appropriate emergency measures.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Will follow behavioral plans and make appropriate documentation, provide assistance and guidance with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene reminders and guidance, and assist in medication self-administration, other duties include housekeeping of the facility.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Will transport and accompany the individuals on outings in the community and to and from doctor’s appointments.&nbsp;</li>
