Role: As Legal Operations Manager, you are responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the processes, tools, and resources that enable the legal function to operate efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with business objectives. This role acts as the operational backbone of the legal team, driving improvements in legal claim management, workflow automation, vendor oversight, and compliance tracking.&nbsp; You’ll work closely with the VP of Operations to scale capacity, build SOPs, implement KPIs, deliver training and develop a legal culture that delivers excellence on every file. Responsibilities:

<li>Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align legal processes with overall business goals.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with our VP of Operations to align the legal team with other operational departments and provide legal expertise.</li>
<li>Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of staff attorneys to ensure adherence to standardized procedures.</li>
<li>Assign casework, monitor performance, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide ongoing training and professional development for the Operations Division.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Help oversee litigation strategy related to property insurance claims.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Review and approve legal correspondence and complex legal settlement agreements.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain awareness of changes in insurance laws and public adjusting rules across jurisdictions.</li>
<li>Ensure the company complies with all state and federal regulations governing public adjusting and legal practice.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Uphold ethical practices and manage conflicts of interest.</li>
<li>Participate in cross departmental strategic planning, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure the legal team provides exceptional internal service with a strong focus on advocacy and results.</li>

 Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.</li>
<li>Active license to practice law in California; multi-state licensure a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to become licensed in other jurisdictions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Minimum of 7 years’ experience in legal operations, preferably with experience in insurance law, civil litigation, and/or public adjusting.</li>
<li>Proven experience overseeing property insurance claims litigation is preferred.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong leadership, mentorship, and team development skills.</li>
<li>Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.</li>
<li>High-level organizational and case management abilities.</li>
<li>Proficient with legal case management systems and technology tools.</li>
<li>Experience working with public adjusting firms.</li>
</ul>
 Salary:
