<li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. </li>
<li>Submission of a writing sample and successful completion of a writing assessment and reference check for candidates under consideration. </li>

<li>Experience conducting administrative (campus) hearings. </li>
<li>Experience in conflict management. </li>
<li>Two or more years of experience in a relevant campus role. </li>
<li>Training in investigation techniques. </li>
<li>Training in Title IX, Title VII, Civil Rights Investigations, trauma-informed practices, and sexual assault investigations. </li>
<li>Experience developing and delivering training. </li>
