·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience managing and training lower-level support staff to ensure efficient case progression.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to thrive under pressure, and a proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must have experience in handling all aspects of the claims process; from intake through settlement/trial.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must be able to manage deadlines with multiple priorities and work under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong communication skills are required.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The ideal candidate will have a stable work history and possess strong technical proficiency, organizational, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities for this role:
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage large-volume cases
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Regularly draft discovery
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Regularly draft meet and confer letters, motions to compel, and other motions with autonomy and attention to detail
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain accurate and organized records, spreadsheets, and case files
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Track and meet all critical deadlines
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support attorneys and team members with additional tasks as needed
